I have worked with Liam and his team for many years and have always found his work to be exemplary and his men always conscientious. When challenged with difficult construction problems, he consistently offered the most economical routes to solve the problems.
He assisted in the construction of 14 apartments on the waterside in Plymouth (Rivage), and with the restoration works at Sandhill Park near Taunton where we were converting a range of listing buildings into 34 residential units sitting in 100 acres of grounds.

Recommended Without Any Hesitation
Fintech Construction have recently completed refurbishment of a basement room in our house, formerly a 19th century barn, and are currently constructing a remote double garage.
The basement room was a damp space used as a workshop, and is now a smart, dry, addition to our accommodation.
The garage was a particularly challenging project as it involved substantial earthworks with construction of remote retaining walls up to 3.5m high. These walls are complete, and the garage is currently having the roof installed.
On both projects the work from Liam, Mark and their team has been very good, with advice along the way from Liam particularly invaluable. All has, and continues to be, carried out with courtesy and good humour – always important!
